Each policy (such as Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Cookie Policy) is maintained as a stand-alone page.
This allows each document to be referenced directly by applications, app-stores, and web interfaces without requiring users to scroll through unrelated content.

How Information Is Organized

The sidebar is grouped into three primary sections:

Neurisoft
Documents and information that apply to Neurisoft as an organization. These items relate to the company as a whole — not to any specific product.

UpWell
Documents that apply specifically to UpWell. These include the product-specific legal policies, usage terms, and disclosures applicable to users of UpWell software and services.

Reference Materials
Reference materials connected to product research, background notes, supporting documentation, methodologies, development-related transparency, and other explanatory materials. These items are not “policies,” but supporting information.

Why Each Policy Is Separate

Policies are separated into individual pages because:

• Each policy governs a different subject matter

• Revisions occur on different timelines

• External platforms may need to link to specific policies individually

• Users should be able to access the governing policy directly without context switching

This structure prevents ambiguity and supports clarity for both users and regulatory bodies.
