Subscriptions

Certain Neurisoft products, including UpWell, may operate on a recurring subscription basis. These subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing term selected (monthly or annually) unless canceled directly through Neurisoft Support.

All cancellations must be requested by emailing support@neurisoft.com.
During cancellation, Neurisoft may require confirmation—verbal or written—to ensure understanding that some de-identified behavioral data (such as sleep patterns, activity rhythms, or cognitive-energy responses) may already have contributed to the training of artificial-intelligence models. Because this aggregated data is not personally identifiable, it cannot be extracted or reversed once incorporated into those models.

Account-linked or identifiable data will be deleted or anonymized following confirmed cancellation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

All content on neurisoft.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Neurisoft LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any portion of the site or our software without prior written permission.

Neurisoft does not charge for access to this website. However, purchases made through neurisoft.com (such as digital product subscriptions or related materials) are processed on behalf of those respective products.

Refund eligibility varies depending on the product or service purchased. While some products may have their own refund or cancellation terms, Neurisoft may, at its discretion, grant refunds or credits in cases including but not limited to:
